Cocktail Hour & Fun: 5pm-6pm
The past two years have been especially difficult for our young people. Remote learning. Physical and social isolation. Academic stress and delays. Uncertainty. Sickness. Loss of overall normalcy. All of this has greatly impacted their mental health, and OUR mental health as well.
Studies show that laughter and play can significantly reduce anxiety and improve your mental health. Take some time this evening to let loose, have some fun, and PLAY!

Shine believes that everyone can learn to reduce stigma and speak openly about mental health and suicide prevention if given the knowledge and confidence to do so. We’ll hear powerful messages from youth advocates, as well as from our Founding Board Chair, Ed Manzi, on Shine’s journey this past 18+ years.
